Confirm all case details prior to completing payment. Refunds will not be issued. 

A 5% convenience fee (minimum $1.00) applies when using a credit/debit card for payment. Cash, money orders, and cashier’s checks are accepted in person without this fee.

An additional $2.00 transaction fee will be assessed on EACH criminal case payment towards fine, restitution, court cost and ordered attorney fees that are assessed (CCP § 102.072).

If you do not have a payment plan and have not made a payment within the last 60 days, or within 60 days of your judgment being entered, your criminal case could be considered delinquent and be sent to collections which may incur an additional 30% fee. The Judge has the exclusive authority to order payment plans. (CCP § 103.0031).

ALL FEES AND COSTS ARE SET BY TEXAS STATE STATUTE. THE COURT COSTS AND FEES ARE FOR CLERICAL SERVICES PERFORMED AT THE TIME THE AMOUNTS ARE CHARGED. THE DISTRICT CLERK CANNOT REFUND ANY FEES, REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME OF YOUR CASE.
